Verification of Employment

Our client is looking for qualified specialists to join their team in the third-party call center department!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  •         Making outbound phone calls to employers to verify dates of employment and wages
  •         Occasionally contacting employers through fax or email
  •         Electronically documenting data after each phone call with the highest level of accuracy
  •         Research data and documentation of information requested (company names, phone numbers, and addresses)
  •         Review consent forms to ensure accuracy
  •         Navigate through multiple computer systems efficiently and accurately


  •         Must be able to pass credit, background, and drug screens
  •         Have great communication skills
  •         Ability to comfortably navigate through multiple computer systems
  •         Have an extremely high level of attention to detail
  •         Be highly adaptable and open to learning new processes
  •         Type 30 words per minute

Start date: ASAP – next week

Hours 10:15am-7:00pm

Training at 10:00am for the first 2 days
